How to plan a week of meals
Start with your busiest days and give them the quickest meals, then plan one bigger cook that leaves leftovers for another night. Theme nights, like pasta on Monday or soup on Thursday, make the planning faster each week.
Check what is already in the fridge and cupboard before you write the grocery list, and group the list by aisle so shopping takes less time.
