LayoutMonth, week, two weeks, day, 2, 3, 4 or 6 months, year, two or three years, and planners: schedule, meals, chores, habits, to-do list, year in pixels, countdown, perpetual and vertical calendars. Paper: Letter, A4, Legal, Tabloid, A3, A5, Half Letter, 5 × 7, 4 × 6, 3 × 5 or your own size, in landscape or portrait, with narrow, normal or wide margins and room for a binder. First day of the week, which days to show, the month a year starts in, notes box and calendar language.
StyleNine designs, any accent color, fourteen seasonal themes or a theme that changes every month, a coloring-page version, grid lines and their darkness, day number position, short or long day names, plain, ruled or dotted writing space, weekend shading, a heading you can rename, resize or hide, and photos on top or beside the grid.
HolidaysPublic holidays and observances for 28 countries, Christian, Jewish, Islamic and Lunar New Year dates, Hebrew, Islamic or Chinese dates on every day, a holiday list on the page, highlighted date ranges for school breaks, and your own dates that repeat every year.

Make your calendar in four steps

  1. The layout buttons with the More list open, showing planners and other layouts.

    Choose a month, week or year, or open More for planners, trackers and multi-month pages.

  2. The paper size setting with Letter selected and the orientation buttons below it.

    Choose Letter, A4 or your own size, landscape or portrait, with margins and room for a binder.

  3. The theme picker with seasonal themes such as Halloween, Christmas and spring.

    Step 3Add a theme

    Pick a design, a color and one of the seasonal themes, or the coloring-page version for kids.

  4. The Holidays settings with the country list and observances switch.

    Step 4Add holidays and dates

    Turn on public holidays for your country, religious dates and your own birthdays.

Questions and answers

Is the calendar maker free?

Yes. Every layout, design, paper size and download is free, with no account and no watermark. The small site name in the page corner can be switched off.

What kinds of calendars can I make?

Monthly, weekly, daily and hourly planners, two-, three- and six-month calendars, yearly and two-year calendars, habit trackers, perpetual and birthday calendars, and a continuous vertical year.

Can I add my own events?

Yes. Type on any day, or add dates under "Your dates" in the Holidays settings. Dates set to repeat appear every year on every layout.

How do I get my calendar into Google Calendar or Outlook?

Press the calendar file (.ics) button in the More settings to download your notes and dates, then import the file into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
