Making a to-do list that gets done
Keep the list short enough to finish: choose up to three priorities for the day and put them at the top. Break big tasks into steps that take less than an hour, and move anything unfinished to tomorrow's list instead of letting it pile up.
Questions and answers
Can I print a blank to-do list?
Yes. Leave the lines empty and print as many copies as you need.
Can I have more than one column?
Yes. Choose two or three columns, and give each column its own heading, such as Work, Home and Errands.
Can I remove the priorities or notes?
Yes. Switch off the list title, date, priorities or notes in the settings, and the lines take their space. You can also add a due-date column, or use numbers or bullets instead of boxes.
Is there a daily version?
Yes. The daily planner has a to-do list next to an hourly schedule.
