5-Day Monthly Calendar

A monthly calendar with only Monday to Friday. Without weekends every day gets a bigger box for lessons, shifts and meetings.

How to use it

  1. Pick the month with the arrows or the menus.
  2. Click a day to type lessons, shifts or meetings.
  3. Choose Friday and Saturday as the weekend in Settings if you work Sunday to Thursday.
  4. Print the month, or every month of the year at once.

Who uses a 5-day calendar

Teachers plan lessons on it, offices use it for rotas and meeting schedules, and parents use it for school pick-ups and after-school clubs. Leaving out the weekend gives each weekday about 40% more writing space on the same sheet.

Turn on holidays and they appear on the weekdays they fall on, so you can see at a glance which days the school or office is closed.

Questions and answers

Can I include weekends again?

Yes. Under "Days shown" in the Layout settings, click Saturday and Sunday to bring back the full seven-day month.

Does it work for a Sunday to Thursday work week?

Yes. Choose Friday and Saturday as weekend days in Settings and the calendar shows Sunday to Thursday.

Can I print a whole year of 5-day months?

Yes. Choose the whole year next to the Print button to print twelve weekday-only months.
