Planning a week by the hour
A weekly schedule shows how the hours of each day are really used. Students use it for class timetables and study blocks, parents for school runs and activities, and shift workers for rotas.
Fill in the fixed commitments first, then block time for the things that matter most, and leave a few empty slots as a buffer. A color for each subject or person makes a busy week easy to read at a glance.
