How to use it

  1. Click any day to mark it, or type goals and key dates in the notes box.
  2. Change the first month in Layout settings for a school or fiscal year.
  3. Print it on one page, Tabloid or A3 for a wall planner.

Using a year-at-a-glance calendar

A year at a glance shows how the months fit together: long weekends, school breaks, project phases and trips are easy to see on one page. Mark the fixed dates first, then use highlight colors for each person or project.

Questions and answers

Can I start the year in another month?

Yes. Change "Year view starts in" in the Layout settings, for example to August for a school year.

Can I add birthdays?

Yes. Add them under "Your dates" in the Holidays settings and they appear every year.

Can I remove the notes box?

Yes. Set the notes box to None in the Layout settings for bigger months.
