How the days are counted
The calculator counts whole days from the start date to the end date. By default the end date is not included, so from Monday to Friday is 4 days; tick "Include the end date" to count both days and get 5. Working days are Monday to Friday, and if you skip federal holidays, a holiday that falls on a weekend is skipped on its observed Friday or Monday.
